Return & Refund Policy

At Bliss Buy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@blissbuyllc.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These may include pet grooming tools, opened kitchenware, or any item marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment provider. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@blissbuyllc.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us with photos and details of the issue.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
